Check-in & check-out
Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. If you arrive early, we'll happily store your bags. Late check-out is offered when possible, particularly for direct bookings.
- A photo ID and payment card are needed on arrival.
- Room guests must be 18 or older.
- Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for no charge.
Parking
Free self-parking is available on site for hotel guests, with valet service at the main entrance for a small fee. Electric vehicle charging is available on request.
Responsible gaming
Gaming at Ace Meadow is for guests aged 21 and over and should always be treated as entertainment, never as a way to earn money.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you begin.
- Only play with money you can comfortably afford to lose.
- Take breaks, and stop if play stops being enjoyable.
- Any host can arrange a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, privately and without judgment.
